Constipation of about a week, nothing is helping at all, my stomach is really expanded/distended forward and uncomfortable. I was able to go some today, but it really didn't help and if I try to go more my stomach will just hurt. I can't eat a lot at a time because my stomach will just hurt and puff out even more. The medication I'm taking, lactulose, isn't doing anything either. I took 1 tbsp this morning, 2 yesterday evening, 1 that morning and the same the day before (I'd upped the dose from two in the morning). I need immediate relief. I need something natural and guaranteed to just blow through my GI tract...any help?

What doesn't work: hot water, water in mass amounts (stomach will just be so full I can't eat), fiber (fruits, grain, etc), meds, suppositories have never worked for me, oils (haven't tried Castor), soaks in the tub, going for walks, sitting on the toilet, everything else.

What foods will just really "blow through" or whatever? I need something, like, PRONTO!

For immediate relief u can have enema done to clear the bowl stocked for a the whole week.Enema is the only solution till u normalize ur bowl movement.U re look on the foods u r having on a regular basis and modify ur food habits suitably.
Avoid completely the foods with lots of oil in it.
Think of having foods which r easily digestable.
Go for vegetarian foods only preferably leafy vegetables.
Drink 4 to 5 litres of water every day
Prefer to take foods with fibre.
U don't seem to have any serious problem. It is ur food habits that is causing u the trouble. These will help u on the long run and brings ur health back on the heels.

Stay away from fiber, it binds you up even more. It also gives you gas, which at this point I don't think you want any more pressure.

As far as "PRONTO", it may be time to visit the ER. You could have a bowel obstruction. Mom had an obstruction the size of a grapefruit that needed to be manually removed. It took some time, but once things started moving again they really blew out.

Avoid anything that will give you Diarrhea because you can't move what you have.

No, the only answer I can give is get to the Emergency Room NOW. If you have a rupture you could become septic and die. You don't want that, it'd ruin your day.

I know that apple juice is a natural laxative if you drink to much. But you could have an impaction. I don't work with people, but I am a vet tech & we have to 'dig' feces out of animals every so often. They just get so impacted that they can't go, they have to be sedated & cleaned out. I would contact a doctor.

You need "Oral Fleet"_ drink the whole bottle... that's what they give you before an operation to empty EVERYTHING. You have to ask the pharmacist for it though. I had undigested food coming out it was gross.

Rub some cool, wet mud from some nearby pond on your belly, mixed with ketchup. It will help. :@
