Last year I started feeling little knot like massess at the bottom on my pelvic region/lower belly. One year later, I have them all over my stomach and one near my rib cage. They feel like little cysts and are getting bigger. When you touch down on them they feel very bruised up. Anyone have any idea what these are?

They do sound like swollen lymph nodes. Unfortunately, lymph nodes do not swell without reason. You most definitely need to see a physician as they could be symptomatic of a number of serious medical conditions that may even be life threatening. On the other hand, you might have a skin fungal infection that can be easily treated. Go see you physician.

It kind of sounds like swollen lymph nodes. But swollen why, I can't be sure. It could be cysts.
A doctor should be sought to help you out.
