If this actually happens, I think it would be the first time that one team in each league captured both awards within the same year.

AL MVP how about someone who's not even being mentioned, and thats Pudge ROdruigez of the best record in baseball. and no, im not a tigers fan im actually a yankees fan. but how about the job he's done with that pitching staff of mostly young pitchers, passing on his superb leadership and knowledge of the game. AL CY YOUNG is absolutely Johan Santana, he is almost automatic. its scary to think he is 16 and 5 with a sub-3 ERA, AFTER he started the season 0-4 with an ERA above 6. In the NL, my MVP is Ryan Howard because he is just so vital to that phillies lineup. without him it is just tough to think about where they would be right now. My NL CY YOUNG Carlos Zambrano. he has just been a hoss for the cubs.

AL MVP = Derek Jeter; cause hes practically taking the yankees to the playoffs when a-rod was in that slump.
NL MVP= Either Ryan Howard or Carlos Beltran; howard because he has become a home run monster. and beltran because the mets were a bad team and he started getting everything together.
AL Cy Young= Johan Santana= he gives his best each day even if his team sucks some days.
NL Cy Young= Carlos Zambrano; even though the cubs suck so badly, hes the one good thing about them. he won 11 or 12 games in a row.
