who can understand Ozzy Osbourne's singing better than I can understand him talking?

yes!! ha ha. The accent is part of it. I'm not so sure about the booze and the drugs though.

His singing is a lot clearer than his speaking voice. This has kind of always been the case though, a lot of it has to do with his accent though. If you listen to a lot of British rockers, they always sound different when they are talking than when they are singing.

Same as you can't really hear any accent when someone is singing I guess.

Yeah. That's partly due to the accent and partly due to the drug abuse.

yeah... his accent is really heavy when he talks... but not when he sings... weird...
