i need your opinion on the use of airbags. What do you think??

In the past few years I have seen a bunch of bad wrecks and collisions, and have been the first one there at many of them. I am always scared to death what I'm going to find, but I have not seen anyone with a serious injury with airbags. It amazes the crap out of me to see what some people get to walk away from. Having said that, none of the vehicles I own have airbags.

Airbags are great, but are only meant as a supplement to seatbelts, not a replacement for them. There's also some speculation about whether airbags give drivers a greater sense of safety, and allow more reckless driving at greater speed, etc., which would tend to lessen the safety benefits.

I like the airbags. I know I would not have lost my sister if her car had been equiped with them. I know they usually beat your face in but that is better than the alturnitive.

They save more lives than they cause injury. The important thing is to sit back as far as you reasonably can in the seat and keep the children in the back. Doing this, they are truly a valuable safety device.

If you have seen a high speed accident then if the accident person is alive then it served it's purpose. If they are not functionalthen you are playing a game where the loser dies. I think some protection is better then none at all.

They are very usefull and protective because if u have a accident u get protected like a pillow, but I don't acually know if they work. Thank God i've never had an accident.
