I loved the killers first album Hot fuss played it to death, but what do you think their second one will be like, they always say that second albums are never as good???

I hope it's good, I've heard a few songs off of it (Sam's Town, the song, is great) and it seems like it will be pretty cool, but I loved Hot Fuss so much I feel like I'm setting myself up for heartbreak (ah, so dramatic) waiting on this new album. But, October 3rd will be Judgement Day for the Killers, as it is true, many bands flop after the second album. I'm not that impressed by When You Were Young, the verdict is still out. Like I said, I'm hoping, and I have confidence in them to make this great, but I have a feeling we'll be let down...

Hopefully its better than the first. I liked Hot Fuss but most of the songs sounded the same. Like somebody else said, they're really going to have to step it up a bit.

That is an unfair generalization. I know of a lot of bands that their second albums were better than their first one. You'll just have to listen to it and make your own decision.

i like their first single and it has pretty much the same sound... they're going to have to switch it up for the next album though, its going to get old

im liking latest single......but its no mr bright side..... i have to admit my two fav songs on that album def believe in me natalie and midnight show!!!!!! i think it will be slowly take off, only time will tell

i dont think the 2nd album will be as good. bands seem to get over confident if they have a good debut album. i think the kaiser chiefs, artic monkeys, kooks will all be the same
