turn to God, Jesus will carry you through I promise, if you turn to him........ guilt and sorrow are a key the devil uses...... it doesn't come from God, he will give you peace

some ppl can cope with guilt, some can move on and cope with sorrow too
but not everyone can
the old saying "time is a great healer" is indeed true for the majority of people, but if indeed you cant remove the thoughs of guilt and sorrow from ur mind, i suggest seek professional help like a councellor who can talk this through with u

through out your life you will do things that afterwards you regret, but you have to learn to forgive yourself and move on. If guilt and sorrow are allowed to remain as your main focus then it will surely destroy you.First, take a hard look at what caused the guilt and sorrow, learn from it, then file it under things I will never do again. focus on more p9ositive things in you life instead of negative.

What guilt & sorrow do you have? Please ask God to forgive you, and He will. Then forgive yourself. That is the only way to heal. No matter what you have done, you can be forgiven. Read the book of John in the Bible. Take care, and may God bless you.

Life is to short to feel guilty about it, whatever it is. If it something other than murder, I wouldn't worry about it. To err is human to forgive (ourselves) is divine.
