like when u suddenly feel small and worrisome? and u normally don't feel that way?? how do u make it go away??

It may not go away, but you can become better at recognizing it and dealing with it. You can learn to compensate for it and not let it mess things up for you.

Look into self-affirmations and consider using them during those small and worrisome times.

music is a great mood lifter for me.

Try playing music that can put you in the mood you want. REmember which music does what and you are good to go

That is your self esteem trying to hide on you don't let that happen ... Don't worry over things you can not change ask for strength on the things you can change and the wisdom to know the difference
