I agree.
That statement was made on the example that most Muslim's come to Australia with little respect for women because of their culture and laws in their own countries and therefore rape and mistreat women in our country, The government is making it clear that this WONT be tolerated, And so it shouldn't.

they will probably be more successfull than any other western government - they will not have the problems that countries such as france and britain have -- both of which have had massive muslim uprisings in recent years. Thousands of cars torched in france - stores - bars bombed out people murdered over the years. Britain has had the same. They have tried to bomb the subways - nuclear power plants here in canada where I live. It is in the KORAN - they are allowed by their god to attack and suicide bomb as a matter of fact they go straight to heaven for a suicide attack and can take 20 people with them. The old aussies have some back bone in them -- I hope it stays - unlike out western governments who are afraid to be called racist or discriminatory - moslems want to destroy everything we have in the west

Immigrants should fit into ANY country they immigrate into. Mexicans, Europeans, Asians, Indians, wherever they are from, and whatever country they decide to go to, they best learn the language of that country, and adapt to that countries culture. Failure to do so indicates disrespect towards the host country and its citizens.

It's completely valid.
If you are coming to our country you HAVE to live by our rules.
Period. No exceptions.
Otherwise, live back in your old country under your old rules.
