Why do you want to know? Do you know someone who was born on that date or you were born on that date and you want to know if you were mistaken for someone else by the nurse and your parents got the wrong child, and you want to find out who really are your parents, so you're looking for someone who was born on the same date and the same city? Just asking. My imagination is quite wild.
