Well the red bumps are obviously from razor burn because your razor is old or needs a new blade, or your shaving dry, for some people they can just put water on it and shave without getting bumps. Of course there is always the option of waxing then hair doesn't grow back for a long time!! And electrical shaver doesn't always need shaving cream that's an easy way to do it also. Well hope you find a way....hope i helped ya!!!

I use soypete's shaving oil and I love it! Never get bumps or redness or razor burn in the 3 month's I have used it. Now I look forward to shaving because my legs feel so great afterwards! It's the best product I have come across in a long time! Hope you check it out!

Waxing is good, I use veet and am very careful about where I put it. Shaving is cool, but whatever you do, make sure that you exfoliate to keep the razor bumps and ingrown hairs away. NOT SEXY!!

Use lotion or baby powder when you're done and always use a Venus Vibrance razor with Satin Care shave gel.

I soak in a bath and use skintamate shaving cream. Then I use a good lotion to keep the skin soft.

Everyone at work says to use Clorox, it lightens the hairs and makes them softer.
Try the Spring Fresh scent, less smell
