I have tons of zits on my nose, and one on my chin, I've tried everything and nothing works I've tried: ProActive, Benzoyle Peroxide, Baking Soda, salt on nose with hot rag, toothpaste, clearasil, nothing works!!!!! It's getting very frustrating. Please help me!!!

You might have hormonal acne- whereas things like proactiv will do nothing for your skin but piss it off. Try getting on a birth control pill that helps acne. Ask your doctor for retin a. Please do it soon before you scar your face: )

If you have tried all the conventional OTC remedies and they have all failed you need to consult a dermatologist.
