I've known women who have seen a chiropractor during pregnancy. But I am not sure electrotherapy. Maybe you should speak with your OB/GYN and the Chiropractor and or Electrotherapist (Is that what it is called?) Sorry I couldn't be more help

Electrotherapy is the same thing as TENS, right?
(transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation)
Because some women use TENS for pain relief during labor.
Check with your caregiver to be sure, but it sounds like the same idea to me.
