is cheese cake safe to eat when you are pregnant (is the cheese pasturizes or unpasturized)

Cream cheese is a "safe" soft cheese since it is pasteurized... the bigger worriesome cheeses are the ones imported from other countries such as Brie etc.

As long as the cheese is pasteurized, you're fine, plus I think the concern only refers to goat and brie cheeses.

yes its safe. anything is safe as llong as u dont abuse it and have it in moderation. my sister is all she craved and she had a slice almost 1-2 a week and her son is fine!
