OK, i just got an ipod right but i need the software where can i download it at

The iTunes CD is in the box, or you can download it from www.itunes.com
I would also recommend you look at other free software like ePhod that will allow you to do everything iTunes will, but also lets you copy music off of your iPod, or a friends iPod, and burn it onto your PC (which iTunes is hell-bent on not allowing you to do).

doesn't ur ipod include the setup cd? if it doesn't then go to apple.com and download the itunes thing
