well ,start it this way if ur a friend of hers.
get her alone sometime n say-

Totally agreed with muskaan N sam........ but face talk is better n conveys more........... U do one thing combine the two things......
I mean take her out N buy her some flowers.... make her comfortable.... n confess ur feelings 2 her......... N remember take her in a public place........

well..that's great that u love her. send her a cute card with a red rose. it's easier 2 write it down than confess it face 2 face. and get the card delivered thru some1 like ur best friend.
