When are neocon, chickenhawk Bushies going to start holding Bush accountable for his own failures? For Christ's sake, he's been president for almost six years and your still blaming Clinton for his failures. If the man had any negotiation skills at all and didn't live in a bubble of unreality we wouldn't be in the mess we're in today.
Oh yeah, learn how to spell. You spell nuclear the same way Bush mispronounces it. It's scary to think that a man that can't even pronounce nuclear has his finger on the button.

I think you need to read up a little, Clinton didn't give our nuclear technology to N. Korea, however Bush did give India some secrets in trade of mangoes...
