Salem,Oregon is exactly what you are looking for..,its about 75 miles south of portland and its not too big but its not so small that everyone knows when you fart.lolPlus it is beautiful..,I dont know any links sorry but I'm sure someone will tell you.Good luck on your move or vacation?
