Is there anyone, and I mean anyone, who did NOT think this fool would die a fool's death? Anyone? I've read tid bits of where people actually wrote, "We all thought you were immortal, if only that were so." An immortal idiot, yeah that's just what the world needs. For a so-called advocate who's suppose to know and respect all the creatures he dealt with, all of his actions were quite the contrary. He not only didn't respect them, he belittled and dissed them with his complete lack of safety protocols. Problem is He himself, thought he was a God, and people like he and his wife are always the LAST ONES to expect to be hurt/killed by these same creatures they "protect". I don't feel for his wife 'cause she's just as bad as he is. I feel for their kids who now have to grow up without him. They'll grow up, without him, graduate school, without him, and get married, without him. What a legacy he's left indeed. :(

Sounds to me like you need Jesus. Where is your compassion. There was much more to Steve Irwin than wrestling crocodiles and playing with poisonous snakes. Did he do some things that were wreckless and careless sure he did. But you also need to remember that he was perhaps the world's number one animal activist. Most people don't realize the amount of time he spent speaking out and raising funds for the care and research of animals. Not to mention the millions of dollars that he himself donated. Steve turned his parents modest reptillian refuge into what is now one of the greatest zoo's in the world. For your information he didn't die doing anything stupid. He died by the sting of a stingray. Stingrays aren't particularly dangerous. Over the past 100 years there have only been 3 recorded occurrences of a person getting killed by a Stingray. I pray that when your time comes people will have more compassion for you then you seem to have for others. There will never be another Steve Irwin. His legacy will forever speak for itself. Peace and God bless.

You heartless Moron. Go and research the organisations and conservationist parks he opened and funded. He not only respected the wildlife he loved it. As for not feeling for his wife wow what an evil thing to say.

Don't you feel brave sitting behind your computer screen, I need not wonder if you'd have the courage to say something like that to his wife's face - You don't feel bad for her because she should have expected it?
Would you say that to an army wife because her husband died at war?

No.

You need to grow up. I doubt you ever will. Yes, too much has been made of this event, but saying things like you don't feel bad for his wife, well, if you died we would not feel bad for your parents. Hey, maybe they would welcome your demise.
