My mom is going through a rough time. She got back with her ex but then things didn't work out yet AGAIN and now he got into her email account and changed her password on her. She has very very important emails that she needs to get to. Is there anyway to fix this? I have contacted Yahoo but I was wondering if anyone out there could help me. It's so fustrating. I was the one who set up her acct over a year ago and she was saving emails from him, from her lawyer etc. Any ideas? T.I.A.

She never gave it out to him. He figured it out and knew the answer to her secret question. She told me he has this thing on their computer that will save passwords once you type them in. :(

I guess I will just leave it in Yahoo's hands and you guys are probably right...if he has the power to change the password he probably already deleted all those emails. What a jerk! *ugh*

Sounds like she trusts the control freak guy a bit too much!
But, how do I know for sure this is all real?
BTW, have you removed all the key loggers, yet?

So, communicate with Yahoo, and give them the original stuff that you uploaded, like the secret handshake, etc. and they might be permitted to open up...
If not, it is simply another case of letting the heart rule the mind, and trusting in psychopathic personalities because it 'feels' good!
