Do you mean a twin sister? I'd say there is a good chance that you could find her if you know what name she is using. Computers have made it quite easy to find information on people.

I have heard stories of twins who were separated at birth, who always felt something missing from their lives until they were re-united. I hope that you will see her again... best wishes!
