yes. there is this little solar powered fan that you put in your car window and, it keeps the car cooler all day by sucking out all of the hot air.
if they ever make a large one i would like to take it to washington.

BMW is adding steam power to a regular gas engine in a car to recover energy and save gas. I hope Stanley (of Stanley Steamer) is up in heaven doing a little jig.

I would far prefer a steam engine hardware over a battery pack for the improved long and short term environmental impact.
