I was in total shock when I logged on to the internet yesterday and learned of his death. The thing I most admired about him was his enthusiasm and his sincere love for animals and nature. The world as suffered a tremednous loss. There will never be another Steve Irwin. He was and will always be the only true "Crocodile Hunter." Yes I am and please pray for Steve Irwin, The one and only Crocodile Hunter. God bless Steve and everyone else who loved him too. We all should know that Steve is know watching over all of us who love him. Especially his wife and children, who are suffering much more than all of us. Steve is now an angel in heaven and has always been an angel. Pray for him every night and morning and whenever you have time and you too will be kept under the watch of the bravest man on earth. I must say that Steve probably would like us to not hate stingrays. Although they killed Steve Irwin. And I have something to say to Steve Irwin if he can read what I have typed, Dear Steve Irwin, I really feel sad about your death. But in heaven, you will be much happier. I hope there are other animals up there too. I love you Steve Irwin. And hope to see you when it is time for me to go. God bless you. You have my hope, love and everyone else's too. God bless you Steve Irwin, " The one and only Crocodile Hunter. " I hope this letter is read by Steve Irwin from heaven. And I hope you too send him your hope, love and everything else you want. Yeah, I'm sad and shocked. I mean like you said there will never be another Steve Irwin. My friends and I would always joke that one day a crocodile was going to eat him but when it really happens its not a joke. If it wasn't for him I personally know several people who would not be addicted to Animal Planet the way they are now. Rest In Peace Steve. And my thoughts go out to his family.

I know that I didn't know Steve personally but he helped a lot of people to be closer to the animals he loved. He was a true Wildlife Warrior and he will never be forgotten.
It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. Your loved one will always be close as a memory and in your heart.

Yes he was a very enthusiastic dude. The Crocodile Hunter was one of the bravest men on reality t.v. One thing that i loved about him was he was a conservationist & believed in promoting environmentalism. He founded Wildlife Warriors Worldwide because of his love for animals & helped to found a number of other projects & charity groups. He will be missed by many..

I am disgusted by people who are telling - well,he was looking for it,or he held his baby boy near the gator...I will miss him a lot.He was such a great men.Because of him a learned to appriciate more the wildlife,the nature..I even wanted to become a vet (and still do).World has lost a great men,and he won't be replaced...ever.I'm so sorry for Terry and the kids.I wish I was now in Australia but unfortunatly I'm in Europe (Serbia)...But he'll always be in my mind...God bless him...

I am. I heard today and wondered if it was true. It really is such a shock. I think it's sad.....people can be as rude as they want I guess, but it's sad. I feel bad for his wife and daughter.

i'm very sad... but i keep wondering it's so odd that he died from a sting ray... I mean you would think that a guy like him would die because of a crocodile or somthing......... just a thought

Of course we all should be sad. If anyone feels otherwise, he/she deserves to die from the same way. Human death is never a happy thing and I am disgusted by those who say, "He was asking for it", or, "No one really cares".
