Why do conservative Republicans like to hire others to fight their wars?

Since when do Conservative Republicans do this, I have always seen and heard that Liberals hire people to fight
their Wars, being that most of the wars that have started are during dimocRATic terms.

If by CR you mean the kind of dirt that is the Dumbya Coup, they manufacture the wars, sell the material... caa$$$... ching... and consider their "toy soldiers" disposable. Then they want to steal from the American taxpayer again to "rebuild" the destruction... caa$$$...ching!
