Hi all, i m a concerned citizen of the world who finds this constant attack by bush on Islam and the proliferation of movies that equate islam to terrorism.Call me a pessimist but im honestly worried about a possible thirld world war only worsened by the fact that it would along the lines of religion thus threatening to tear nations even families apart.I hope bush really loses the elections this time.I don't think he can keep holding the threat of terrorism over the heads of americans and emotinalliy black mailing them to vote for him when in fact he is the one that we should all beware of

Hi Sara,
Bush means exactly that.
Things look very different for us
when we do not have all the details
that the people in the administration
have, and the United States of America
is today´s Superpower, per se, and as
such it befalls upon us to protect our land,
our children, our people from those who
wish us ill. Bush may not be perfect, but
he has been faced with very difficult issues
which other Presidents have not. For decades,
other Presidents, and other countries have
been predicting the arrival of terrorism into
our own shores, and during Bush it happened.
Not his fault, but the fault of all those ahead
of him who knew this would happen and
would do nothing to prevent it.

So, to answer your question, the world will
pay the price for its very own stupidity, for
having ignored and made fund of the many
advisories that have been on the table for
years.

It also doesn't help our Commander in Chief,
whomever it may be, in this case Bush, when
the country and opposing politicians prefer
to bash him rather than support him in times
of need. No matter what happens, you always
support your Commander in Chief. And that is
the great price, we, the United States will pay.

I have traveled a lot, and people cannot believe
how little support we give our President considering
all he is up against. Most people wish they had a
government that stood up and gave its face when
the going gets tough.

Remember, you do not have to agree, but when
something if for a larger and greater result, it is
my belief you support your President, whether
you voted for him or not. This is about Freedom.

All the best!

I don't think is the world going to pay the price. I think is only us - the United States (remember we DON't represent the world. It is different now). So many people hate us and burn our flag. Yet, we still supporting him of what he said (remember he is not good in speech) and what he done. At least, the 3rd world countries think we are supporting him as he is our 'president' (I am not even use captial letter on 'president'). They think we are all cocky and self-centered. We live in a big country yet the things we know OUTSIDE the U.S are so limited. Even we are living in a so-called democratic country, media like CNN has bias and filtered A LOT of news that we suppose to know. The news on TV honestly is brainwashing us. They have already decide what is good and wrong. Who are friends/ enemies. For ex, people in Iraq 'loves' the US to invade their OWN COUNTRY!? Come on, this make no sense. On the news, the TV channels only showed PART of the people in Iraq dancing when the US soldiers pulled down the statue. However, what they didn't show are the other majority who HATE us so much . The camermen saw that but they just didn't want to capture that.

yes. It's sad. Bush isn't inherently a bad man- or at least I don't think so. I believe that he really thought he could bring 'democracy' to Iraq if he would just free the country of the evil dictator. However- his plan (obviously) didn't work. Now- sadly, he's afraid to admit his mistakes (like a mensch would) and he's bankrupting America and taking the world towards Armageddon.

There are some say that deep down, Armageddon is what he's looking forward to- as he is a member of a religious cult that belives that the coming of the messiah requires this.

I think we have been paying for it from day one. Most people don't keep up on all the stuff that has really been going on. For instance he just appointed the lawyer for Wal-Mart to a position that is supposed to protect workers rights. It goes on and on. I can not believe the state of affairs today, it is unlike anything I have seen in my lifetime.
Find Air America radio, on the radio or on line. It is the only place I hear what is going on. Or watch C-span if you can bear it.

Well Bush won't be running since he was already elected twice. I support our President and I believe people who are negative are naive fools. You have no backing and the President and our country is not tearing down Islam or any country but trying to support them and flush out the people who are killing themselves and everyone around them. We are a free people that voted for Bush for two terms. He is not 'blackmailing' and who ever was elected President during this time would not have gotten any less criticism than Bush did.

We're all already paying the price - it's not just the US and UK who are losing troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, it's Spain, Australia, Italy...There have been terrorist attacks, in London, Madrid, Athens, Bali....This may not end in a world war, but it could easily go there. Thanks Mr President. No really, thank you.

It already has.

However, we cannot simply pass the blame on him, since we as a nation elected him. The fault is partially ours as well.
