Seal the truck up tight and pressurize it. Take it into space and blow the hatch. The ants will get sucked out into the vacuum of space. NOTE: Remember to take an inanimate carbon rod with you in case the door handle breaks.

While some sugars and honey would only attract ants, massive amounts of herbal honey, repel ants. You need to get enough into a container that won't spell and set it in the back of the car, where most of the airducts originate.

Take one of the ants and pinch his ant balls off in front of the others as an example to intruders.

Take it to some place with sub-zero temperatures, open up all the doors and let it sit there for a few weeks. That should take care of them.

get one of those 'ant motels'...like the ones for roaches only small and discreet..after a week or so throw it away

pour bleach on your tires and they will stop getting in there. my uncle is a mechanic and he says it works like a charm.
