I'm only 11 and I just want to know what the world thinks.I have another question that i posted if u can't find it or already answered it here it is:Are u aganist racism and discrimination?

No, my dear. You only 11? My gosh, people that are racism and discriminating against others are way older than you. Now I really wonder how some of this stupid dip schits ever found a job or be working if they can't understand in the application it says that the company does not allow people to be racism or discriminations. I suppose it would hurt any work place to fire all this stupid idiots, then. Yeah, I totally do not believe in racism and discriminating, it's almost like driving above the speed limit or driving under the influence of any drug or alcohol. Basically all of this is like breaking the law. What Can I say, huh? That's just too many low lifes happen to be out and about, and they're lazy too. I suppose that's why people are the way they are. How can you be against a whole race without being nuts!
I am against both racism and discrimination but not against
being careful of someone because the fit a profile. I think that, sometimes, extra caution is just a better policy.

Dude , are you " off your trolley " ? !!!!!!! Firstly , people that are intelligent would find that what is on the inside of an individual is more important than what is on the outside. Secondly, the only thing that should matter regarding employment is job qualifications. An example is let us say I run a nuclear power plant and I need to fill a position of Chief Operating Engineer . I would want to see the candidate ' s past employment history, what type of grades the candidate received while at engineering school and if and when the candidate went to the school of engineering at college. For this situation, I WANT THE BEST PERSON PERIOD . I DON ' T CARE FROM WHERE HE OR SHE CAME ; I DON ' T CARE WHO IS THE GRANDMOTHER. ALL I CARE IS THAT THIS PERSON RUNS MY PLANT SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY. PERIOD.
