just got them 4 hours ago and im supposed to take them out after 4 hours i can touch my eyeball and i tried pinching them but it didnt work. Any ways i could get them out?

Your eyes might be a bit dry making this harder for a first-timer. Put a couple of eye drops (some that are safe for contact lens wearers) then blink a few times and then with a clean finger, move the lens from it's regular location a bit closer to the corner of your eye to make it easier to get. Also - put a mirror on your dining room or kitchen table and sit down and relax. You'll get the hang of this in no time.

Yah just squeeze them again and push them a little to the side they will come out i wear theatricals all the time, I dont even wear contacts and I can still get them out, If that doesnt help wash your eye under the faucet but block the drain so you dont lose your contact.

i have contacts and ur contact is probably stuck somewhere in your eye. can you still see with that eye?? do you have soft, semi-soft, or meduim contacts
