I'll assume this is a tongue in cheek question (I doubt anybody is stupid enough to ask this seriously) so here's my answer: Limiting white wedding gowns to virgins would put the American white wedding gown makers out of business.
On a side note: tradition evolved, morality changes, and attempts to legislate either is futile. If you still want to do so, you might as well vote Republican or move to France.

It is typically traditional for a bride to wear white, however it is becoming more socially acceptable for brides to wear different colors now. We should all be glad we dont' follow all the old traditions... how would you women like your mother in law coming in the day after your first night togeather to check the sheets for blood to prove your a vergin? Ewww. The whit dress is a nice tradition, but like all traditions, they change with time.

The tradition of brides wearing white only came into vogue with Queen Victoria, who wore a white dress with a pale blue sash when she married Albert. Before that, we wore whatever color our best dress happened to be.
As to common practice today, white signifies a first marriage, nothing more.

The two things should be kept separate. If you want to share with everyone that you are a virgin, you can include it in your speech. I personally think that you should "test drive a car before you buy it" to make sure that you are compatible. The bride should wear whatever the hell she wants.

I would wear a Bone color or something that LOOKED like white but wasn't. And there really isn't much you can do about trying to enforce that only VIRGINS wear white...

It's the Bride's day. If she wants it she gets it. At least that is my philosophy. That's right, white, black, purple or nude. It will always be her day to remember and any groom to be who can't back the bride probably isn't ready to marry.
BTW I am guy and an old conservative guy at that.

It's the only party a woman gets that is categorically all about her. Let her wear what she wants.
