What is the process for organizing as an S-Corp in Minnesota?

What forms, legal documents, etc do you need?

File articles of incorporation with the Minnesota Division of Corporations. Then file paperwork with the IRS to obtain the S-designation. Not sure which to file there, but it will be on their website at www.irs.gov
