For spaghetti you'll want to go to a traditional Italian restaurant, and not one of those cheesy all-in-one chain type places.

You want somewhere that uses good pasta and fresh ingredients.... preferably where they make the sauce to order, and not ahead of time in some huge vat. Though some meat sauces are better pre-prepared.
