You most likely have pending updated to install.....

If this is it, install them all by clicking on the appropriate icon near the clock in your taskbar then log on to microsoft.com and get the latest updates.

Then what you want to do is go to the ''control panel'', make sure ''schedual task'' is empty. Check also Windows update settings in ''system'' then ''automatic updates'' tab and mark off the option for automatic updates.

Beware of this last change, from now on; you will have to update your OS manually. If you have media edition, uninstall media center, there is no ways to turn off automatic update in this software( of sh...!!!).

Don't let a machine control you.

You need to update your Windows OS. Go to Microsoft.com and find the link to update your PC. I used to have the same problem until I updated.
