My almost ex husband was found by the child support angency in CA I'm on Cash Aid so the state had to locate him. I'm so afriad that he will try to take my daughter away from me. The reason I left hime in the first place is becuase he was abusive. What if he has a job? I need a job I want a job.. I dont want him to get custoday Im afriad what he might do to her. What can I do to make sure he doesnt get custody... or how do I revoke his parental rights. Im not being cruel I'm being smart. PLease help me!!!

Who has legal custody of your daughter right now? If you both still have custody rights because you are not yet divorced, then I would suggest talking to a family law (child custody) attorney about getting full custody. You could also tell the attorney your fears of your (ex-) husband being abusive and that you're afraid for your daughter. Good luck!
