My work will pay for a bachlores degree in business so that is what I am going to school for, but I really want to get into social work.

Yeah you can pretty much get your master's in just about anything, however, you need to check into a graduate program and see what pre-reqs you need to get into that specific program, it shouldn't be much. If you want to get a master's in social work that would be a good field, they usually make pretty good money. So get yourself together becuz with social work, you will be touching people's lives...

I would either do a double major in sociology and business, or get at least a minor in socio.

Different social work programs have different requirements, so look around to get an idea of what you'd need. Most programs need you to have *extensive* volunteer work. So start now. I volunteer with the John Howard Society, and I love it. It has a very "social work" oriented philosophy.

Your masters degree does not have to be related at all to your undergraduate degree. Your company might not be willing to pay for your degree, however, if you stray from their guidelines for education reimbursement. Talk to your human resources department.
