If so, why or why not? I have several friends who have a "My Space" account, and I wish to say hi to them.

no you can not b/c you have no way to identify yourself to them. Myspace is it's own network and without an account you can not say hi to them. You can't email them either.

Your only option is to join the millions of people that already have a page if you want to talk to these friends again...

Get a MySpace account. It's free!! If you are worried about making personal information available, you can set your profile to private and invite your friends to converse with you.

No, you cant. Because it is privacy and they dont want people who dont have an account to be able to send bad emails to someone who does - even if most people would just send "hi" to their friends - there are crazy people out there.

Depends on the Person privacy, there's some that you could send them but others you have to be their friends to send them messages.

They should be able to. And I really don't like private accounts because I think my ex-friend is writing something bad about me on hers and I can't see it!Too bad you can't.

no because of the Spam protection they are trying to have :) it would be very messy if anyone could just post messages without knowing who they are or something like that :)

That would be too easy...either jump in or stay out ...I decided that most of the people on ther were not worth talking to.
