Loving the work that I do--which I actually do. To be able to get up in the morning and actually look forward to my day is success to me. That and being surrounded by people I love.

Success is what you define it to be. For some, it may be love and happiness, for others it may be a prominent career. But for me, my success depends on the person I've become and the person I want to become. If I am content with who I am or happy working hard for what I want, then I'm satisfied.

Doing a good job at something you love doing, happy home life & contentment. It just doesn't get better than that.
