This used to happen to me a lot, now what I do is that every evening before going to bed and right after the last bath of the day, I use lots of CUREL lotion on my feet... it's great! no more dry feet for me, and it's not a greasy lotion so it's very nice. Hope it helps, good luck!

Start with soaking your feet before bed in water just hot enough to stand. Then pat dry and use a good foot cream or lotion, and put on light socks. be sure to do this in bed so as not to rub all ur lotion off on socks walking around..you should notice huge difference in just a few days.

Try using a pumice stone. The one I use is small (fits in the palm of your hand), rectangular in shape, grey in color, and looks and feels like a hard sponge.

I soak my feet in the bath tub for 30 seconds or more before using the pumice stone. Scrub the rough patches thoroughly, until you can feel with your fingertips that the area feels very smooth.

Then I'd try using the lotion/socks method mentioned earlier here, for an added benefit.

If you have time for a pedicure, get the parafin wax treatment for the extra $5 or so. It feels great and moisturizes your feet for days afterward. A moisturizer for extra dry skin applied in the morning and also before you go to bed (throw some socks over it) I found all of this helps keep my feet more 'lady like'.
