break down and buy it from the dealer. While you are there see if they still have hard copies of the parts book, boy did those come in handy when you were missing a bolt or mixed a few up.

HD makes the best manuals. Do yourself a favor and buy the parts catalog as well. You are going to spend about 100 bucks for that but you will save the money when you start doing your own service.

You could save some $$ by gettin ' your manual from Clymer. These are available @ Auto Zone & Advance & you might check the public library as well. They won't be free, but it's cheaper than the dealer.

nothing is free from h-d. i doubt anyone has it online, either. like the first answer, get the manual from your dealer, and also buy the parts book. do you have a good set of tools? buy quality and they will last a lifetime (the bike and the tools)
