After yet another bitter arguement he told me I repulse him and he does'nt love me anymore and I feel the same about him. We're living together but he won't leave as I borrowed £700 off him. But he's lived here and he has'nt paid for anything as he has'nt worked since he moved down here.

Leave if your in an apartment or renting a house then tell the land lord that the living condition is unhealthy and you need to break your end of the lease, if you own and he's not on the papers call the cops or get an eviction notice due to non-payment of rent. Usually if the situation is dangerous or unhealthy for you the owners will let you off your lease with a little fine, and tell then to put your bf on the lease so that will make him responsible for all cost, also if the bills are in you name call them and put them in his name, just say that you are leaving and he's taking care of it, or just get everything shut off and leave he'll be left in the dark with no heat. If you don't have what you borrowed in writing then forget about it say you paid it if no one else knows about and if they do so what it's not in writing and verbal agreements don't stand up in court. Best of luck to ya.

If he wont leave cant you move on yourself I shouldnt think the money is the issue with him hes just using that as an excuse not to move out. If its your home get an eviction order and turf him out otherwise you will end up having a breakdown with all the stress and he will still be sitting there insulting you. Good luck.

if it's council property and your names on the rent book then wait till he's out and call the council stating you''ve lost your keys and need a lock smith that way you can get the locks changed whilst he's out

make sure once there changed you go out for a few hours so youre not around when he comes home to hassle you.

if you decide not to change the locks then it's a matter of telling him your finished and sticking it out under the same roof until one of you snaps unde rthe pressure.
go about your daily business as if he's not there and stop doin things like his dishes washing ironing etc.

i really feel 4 u,you are in a very difficult situation.the problem you have is simple you pay him back the money then will he leave or do you think thats an excuse?does he have anywere to go?its not fair on you paying back the money but if hes going to leave isnt it worth it instead of things remaining how they are and your probly very unhappy.otherwise is your home tenancy agreement?if so and its your tenancy by law he has no legal right to be there.hope this helps good luck.paula

if you're not in love, then dont waste any more time staying together. Life is too short. Ask citizens advice what you can do about getting him out, could always change the locks etc

Work out what he owes you in rent, bills and food. Deduct it from the £700. Pay him if you owe him anything, then kick him out.

Done. Next!

When we are angry we say things in the heat of the moment, I do you do and everyone does, but him not paying for anything is not a good thing try talking instead of arguing.

£700 doesn't sound like much to lose to get rid of this loser!!! Pay him & chuck him out!!! Then throw yourself a big party .. .where you'll probably meet the man of your dreams & live happily ever after.
