L - Laws or Levitical Laws. Judaism is all about following God's laws.

E - Egypt; the Jews were enslaved in Egypt in the Passover story. OR Esther - on Purim they celebrate Queen Esther of Persia saving the Jews from genocide. OR Elohim - a Hebrew word for God. OR Eretz Yisrael - the Hebrew name for the land of Israel.

Q - Questions; on Passover the youngest person at the table is supposed to ask four questions. (That's all I can think of.)

V & X - I'm out of ideas. Maybe consider finding the names of famous or accomplished Jews?

well off the top of my head

L the book of Leviticus, Tribe of Levi, book of Lamentations (can also be used for E because it is Eccah in Hebrew),

E the Essenes, Ezra, Ezekiel, Elihu

Q queen Esther, the qumran scrolls

V- need to think of a good one

X- the only thing I can think of is Xerxes or otherwise known as Achashverosh in the Purim story.

I will come back I hope what I have so far helps

you may evaluate the techniques wherein the Hassidim and the Amish have chosen to define their team identities, one team being rural/agricultural the different being city, yet the two thinking themselves "separated" from mainstream custom. it may be a learn/assessment learn. there is plenty written on each and each custom and a few literature which specially compares the two.
