Probably not because something will start to lay low out of the boxers. Also I used to know a guy who did this see He would first put on his spiderman costume go into the gas station get him some beer and than the gas station would call the cops on him. They refused to let him buy the beer but he just couldn't resist gave them the money and like a bum just set on the parking lot area in front of the store. He thought he was doing them a favor advertising for Beer.

Pants/Shorts/Loinclothes are already covered by state and federal decency laws, so they don't need to mention them. You can walk down the street without a shirt or shoes, but you can't walk in the store.

its called common sense! but you dont have that do you? i had a dumb *** friend try that once. he got to spend some time in the cell for a night. He was charged for stupidity and attemption for public nudity. they got him for $225 bucks. so yeah, try it? i'll be waiting for a call from my work saying a boy walked in with his boxers on. I'll get you for attemption for public nudity.

I work over nites in a grocery store and believe it or not SOME people wear their pj's when shopping.
