Well, is she is like your best friend she cares about you, she doesnt want to to get hurt. Maybe she is used to control others life and cant stay wihtout doing it. But if you really like that guy, i mean love him, go for him, dont let anyone to control your own life. This life is only yours and no one has the right to take over it. You are grown enough that you know whats good for you and whats not, you can make your won desicions, so stop and think what you really want. Think if it is worth it to loose your friend for him? Why won't she let you? Besides, you don't have to do what she tells you to. Do what you want and when she gets mad, ask her why she is. She'll probably give you a reason. My answer would probably be, "So?" Just do what you want. Doing what someone else wants is not fun. Trust me. Take it from someone who knows. :)
