I am almost 39 weeks pregnant. The past few weeks my stretch marks have been extremely itchy. I try not to itch them but can't help it...I have tried all sorts of moisturizers. I have one on my lower belly pretty close down toward my pelvis and it is raised unlike the rest which sink into the belly...How do I get rid of the itchiness and why is the one raised rather then slightly in like the others?

Use calamine lotion with the numbing agent in it, this will relieve the surface itching.

I know you said you used cocoa butter but have you used the one specially made for stretch marks, I use it and it helps 100 percent when nothing else would. Regular cocoa butter will fade the marks away but it wont keep it from itching.
As far as the one moving up your tummy unlike the others, it's all in your skin elasticity, one part of your skin may have "less stretchyness" to it that the other parts so that one came up but the others stayed down, there really is no way to tell what parts of your skin will stretch and what part wont until it happens.

Have you tried Cocoa Butter lotion for it? It's really good for stretch marks it won't make them dissapear but it shows a lot of improvement.
You should also try baby oil, it would relieve the itch and soothe out your skin.

I can't tell you why one is raised but I can tell you that there is nothing you can do to stop the itching. It's not the stretch marks that itch but the actual stretching of your skin. It's perfectly normal although incredibly annoying. Once you have the baby, the itching will go away.

Vitamin E Oil. It made the itching stop and my stretch marks go away after I had my son. Also emu oil will help with both itching and making them go away. Good Luck
