If you are sure that she has a crush on you too, you shouldnt be embarrassed, you should tell her her feelings before is too late. She should know what you feel about her and don't be afraid of loosing, because you loose anyway without trying. Find the right time and place and talk with her. express whatever you feel, let her know everything. The only way is to talk, or maybe do somethings she likes, you know, try to impress and if she really has a crush on you, she wont say NO to you. Good Luck!

If you're both too embarassed to admit your feelings, you're too young to have the feelings you think you're having. Just relax dude. At your age you shouldn't be thinking about girls anyway. Hang out with the other dudes. Do dudely things. Wait for maturity to make you into a man, which will properly happen after you graduate college! Be careful what you wish for...you just might get more than you expected. Shoot hoops, skateboard, go to the movies with your friends (in a group, not as a couple), and just have fun. There's plenty of time to get serious. You won't be a weirdo if you don't have a gf. But, it's totally okay to have friends who are girls. It will take all the pressure off when you realize you don't HAVE to be The Man. Think about it. <*)))><

Walk up to her and tell her that you like her, and depending on your age, follow up on her answer. You will lose nothing you do not already have if she rejects you. If she likes you, she will let you know. Many young men loose out with a lot of girls because the fear of rejection run their lives. Remember, No Pain, No Gain!
