My personal recommendation is to buy a "centerforce dual friction" setup. With that you get a brand new pressure plate and a brand new clutch disc with a soft lining on one side for smooth engagement and a super tough lining on the other side for maximum power transfer along with a brand new throwout bearing and a clutch alignment tool. You should be able to get one from most any speed shop or online performance retailer like jegs www.jegs.com or summit racing www.summit racing.com.They recommend having your flywheel resurfaced for the best performance from your new clutch setup.
