I think there is a preoccupation with weight when it should be health that is an issue. A person can have a "perfect" weight and still be unhealthy, or weigh somewhat more than is "perfect" and be very healthy.

I weigh 150 pounds, and I'm not ashamed of that (even though people tell me I should be).

Push ups and situps and the different variations of the two exercises will improve your appearance. However you have to do them religously if you're to see any results. It's not gonna happen overnight, but it will happen so long as you keep doing them. Besides PU's and SU's though, go running too. It'll build out and tone your legs to go along with the abs, arms and pecs. I also do a lot of pullups so give that a whirl too. Have fun beating off the babes man! Lol, laters.

I hate it when you haven't seen someone for a very long time...and there are so many things to talk about ...so many things that you may have achieved and so many things that you have done to better yourself , etc...you've finished school, earned your degree, travelled the world, have a good job, etc

...and the only thing someone can say is: Have you gained a few pounds?!

Yeah, I hate extra weight, because there's alot I have to lose. I am 5'4" and I weigh 217.6 lbs. (I started dieting two weeks ago and have lost 1.4 lbs)

My goal weight is 135-140lbs, that would be my dream.

I think weight questions or kinda annoying because people have to be judged how they look or if there too fat or skinny and they should be able to look at themselves in the mirror and not have a problem. =)
