No. I had mine pierced for a few years and my nipple wasn't always hard. But it hurts like heck.

nipples will gennerally become more prominent when pierced, but will not stay erect all the time. By going to a proper studio and following appropriate aftercare techniques, chances of infection are very small, despite the urban legends. They do hurt quite a bit, but the pain only lasts 30 seconds then you're done. They will be tender for a week or two after

no they dont. But they seem to be erect. My nipples are not pierced but I have had a close relationship with one or was that two.. Well anyway I know that I am a male, but my nipples are erect 24/7, I don't know why this is maybe I am horny way too much... It doesn't bother me,,, but I know one thing when people notice them they want to touch them and then they say wow those are hard....

they do! the jewlery pushes them out a bit, so they're always erect. it's very attractive....there are relatively few complications if you follow proper aftercare procedures.

i think so i know someone or a couple people who have and i think they did...but i also know 2 people who got a bad infection and one had to have part of her breast cut out so i don't recommend this to anyone!!

A little bit, yes. They are not rock hard like when I am cold or aroused.
