i just recently felt a small (half a marble) size lump on my right outer labia. Its not painful, and you cant see it, but i can feel it. Its not really attached to anything because it moved when i apply pressure. What should i do about this?

Usual answer to this sort of thing is this: see a doctor and see him/her within a week.

The reason? Not because its that likely you have anything sinister - but because worrying about it is almost as bad and the release you will almost certainly get is worth a million dollars. Go get it checked out - 99.9% you will feel wonderful - and even if its the unthinkable, well again its been well worth going sooner rather than later. Either way - its a no-brainer and you know it!
