how do i get it online?

Right click on the printer icon and click on ''Open All Active Printers and Faxes''
Click on the ''Printer'' menu option and scroll down to ''Use Printer Offline'' and uncheck it!
Your printer should work fine now.

go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes
You will get a Printer Icon there.
just right click it and click on "online"
It will be online.

Make sure you install the proper drivers using the printer cd. Then restart your PC. Oh and make sure cables are connected properly too.

it seems that the printer is disconnected .. or not installed

Is it plugged into your computer and have you installed the software that should have come with it?
