You could get hemorrhoids, you are also putting your self at more risk for hepatitis, tearing of tissue and other problems. That particular body crevice was not designed for the purpose of sex. It was built for elimination--period, no matter what anyone says.

Uh...no. Look up hemorrhoids on the internet. Then look up anal. No where do the two cross paths! This is NOT how 'roids are formed. There are other "concerns" that one might have about anal that could be considered legit, but this should not be one of them...so if this is all you are worried about, go to town....anal town! ...even though this is not for me, to each his or her own.

No, I don't think so. Hemorrhoids are caused by straining and pushing blood into the arteries in the anal area. The
massage element of the sex act should theoretically
mitigate against hemorrhoids. But don't quote me.
I heard it from my gay guy friends.

I am assuming you are referring to hemorrhoids, and the answer to that is everyone has hemorrhoids unless they have had them surgically removed. The question is whether or not they will flare up and become painful, that is very possible with anal intercourse.

I do not believe you can. I believe that Hemorrhoids are USUALLY caused by pressure when you defecate OR constant sitting and bouncing (truckers). Try going to www.webmd.com
